A single login to access your Swissquote Bank account and the « Premium » service

Until now, these two services were independent of each other. From now on, whenever you connect to your Swissquote Bank account by using your login / password, the “Premium” service will also automatically be activated.

This ensures you greater ease of use of the Swissquote platform, speedier transactions and a simplified access to all the analytical tools we provide for optimum management of your assets. And of course these advantages are extended to you under the protection of the highest security standards.

How can you access these services from the Swissquote home page?

  • Click on LOGIN BANK (in the upper right-hand corner of the screen)
  • Enter your user name and password
  • If your level 3 security card is activated, type in the code.

You are now in your Swissquote Bank account and in the “Premium” service realm (appearing next to the Swissquote logo). From this point onward you can enjoy all the on-line advantages Swissquote offers.

What if you don’t yet have access to the “Premium” service?

Those of you who do not yet have access to our "Premium" service can easily obtain it by:

  • using your Internet connection with Swissquote - from your bank account page, enter the "My Profile" section and then select “Login Premium” -
  • calling our Customer Care Centre on +41 44 825 88 85

Another feature empowering you to analyse, comprehend, react

Your possession of a “login / password” giving you direct access to the Premium service offers yet another advantage. It allows you to use the Swissquote platform, with its array of real-time information sources and all its analytical tools, without entering your Swissquote Bank account (for example, when you travel or visit a cyber cafe).

Thus, at any time and with complete peace of mind, you can take advantage of our services under impeccable security conditions.
